Li keqiang： hope that the Dutch side to expand high-tech exports to China

　　李克强说，中荷地处亚欧大陆东西两端，虽相距遥远，两国关系始终健康向前。中方愿与荷兰本着相互尊重、共同发展的原则，加强高层交往，深化各领域互利合作，扩大人文交流，构建中荷全方位、多层次、高水平合作的新格局。

　　李克强表示，中荷合作近年一直走在中国同欧盟国家合作的前列。双方要保持好这一势头，深挖市场、技术、人才、资金等方面的互补潜力，培育合作新支柱，打造合作新亮点。一是发挥“亚欧大陆桥”互联互通优势，扩大合作辐射面，推动贸易投资并举，拓展亚欧两大市场。二是提高油气资源开发、农业、水利等传统领域合作的科技含量，加强食品安全领域交流合作。希望荷方扩大对华高新技术出口，为中国企业和人员往来提供更多便利。三是全面加强节能环保、新材料、新能源等领域合作。四是提升金融合作水平，扩大小企业金融和绿色信贷等合作。

　　李克强指出，中荷都是国际贸易自由化的积极倡导者。当前世界经济复苏依然面临诸多不确定因素，中国和欧盟要共同发出反对贸易保护主义的呼声，推动贸易投资自由化便利化。第十六次中欧领导人会晤在即，中方愿与欧方从战略和长远规划双方关系未来，推进投资协定谈判，提高双方合作水平。希望荷兰作为欧盟成员发挥积极推动作用。

　　吕特表示，中国改革开放将为荷中和欧中合作带来新机遇。荷方愿进一步扩大对华投资，加强两国经贸、农业、节能环保、金融、高科技等合作，继续致力于反对贸易保护主义。荷方认为加快推进欧中投资协定谈判和建立欧中自贸区对双方经济发展都有利，期待第十六次欧中领导人会晤取得积极成果。

　　双方还就共同关心的国际和地区问题深入交换了意见。
