　　11日上午，记者来到辽宁省人力资源和社会保障厅公开办事大厅，看到前来办理各项审批业务的市民络绎不绝。在大厅入口两侧各设有一个咨询台，两名工作人员坐在电脑前，一人在低头玩手机，另一人在看视频。在劳动关系处的办事窗口，一名身穿蓝色羽绒服的工作人员接待了记者。记者提出为亲属代办《进市人员落户审批表》，对方称，办理这项业务的人不在，他只能代收相关证件。并表示记者提交的《养老保险缴费证明》不符合标准，需要到辽宁省社会保险事业管理局重新开具。
