答：10月31日，日本籍游客樱木琢磨因在广州白云机场携带毒品出境被中国公安机关刑事拘留，现关押在广东省看守所。中国公安机关及时将上述情况通报日本驻广州总领馆，日方已派领事官员前往探视。目前此案正在进一步调查中。
问：据报道，日本首相外交政策顾问谷内正太郎日前称，日本应采取“战略性忍耐”的态度对待日中关系，避免在钓鱼岛问题上对中国的“挑衅行为”作出情绪性反应。中方对此有何回应？
答：钓鱼岛问题上谁是挑衅一方，公道自在人心。无论日方如何变换外宣手段，都不能改变钓鱼岛属于中国的基本事实。如果日方真心想改善中日关系，就应该端正态度，拿出解决问题的诚意。
问：有中国国内媒体今天呼吁，中国政府应向菲律宾提出派军舰参与救灾。中方对此有何评论？
答：菲律宾遭受台风“海燕”的袭击以来，中国政府和人民感同身受，向菲律宾方面提供了人道主义援助，既包括现汇援助，也包括帐篷、毛毯在内的物资援助，价值1000多万元人民币。
有关救援的方式，要提供什么样的物资援助或其他援助，中方将视灾情发展和菲律宾方面的需要做出决定。
问：据报道，日本政府今天称，将出台修改教科书的审定标准。中方对此有何评论？
答：日方能否正确认识和深刻反省军国主义的对外侵略和殖民历史，事关日本与亚洲邻国关系的未来。我们要求日本方面切实恪守在历史问题上的表态和承诺，以实际行动取信于亚洲邻国和国际社会。
