苏尼特右旗森林公安局日前接到当地牧民达布希拉图的报警电话称，有大老雕吃了我们的羊，我们抓住两只受伤的小雕，希望警方能来协助处理。接警后，当地森林公安局民警立即赶往事发地点。
据达布希拉图介绍，有五只大老雕在两天内共叼走三户牧民家三只羊。牧民在护羊时击伤并抓获两只小雕。
经民警确认，此雕系草原雕。随后将两只翅膀受伤的小草原雕带回当地公安局野生动物保护救助站内进行治疗，并于次日将其中一只放生，另一只继续留下观察治疗。
据当地森林公安局局长呼日勒介绍，“雕吃羊”事件再次印证草原上狐狸、狼、獾和草原雕等野生动物的回归。近些年，国家先后出台一系列保护野生动物的法律法规，严禁捕杀，内蒙古草原生态环境得以改善。(完)
