Fiscal policy, beginning next year, Wuhan will establish engineering industry support fund, to raise 100 million annually by municipal levels, finance, used to support engineering design industry development.
Talents import policy stipulates that starting next year, one Academy of engineering, will reward the company 10 million dollar development fund; appeared a national survey and design guru, awards the company 5 million Yuan Development Fund; a provincial survey and design guru, rewarded the company 3 million yuan in funds. Wuhan engineering ranking the comprehensive strength of the nation. 人民网武汉11月15日电 (记者 陈宇昕)15日，记者从第二届武汉双年展获悉，武汉打造“工程设计之都”实施方案以及配套政策即将出台。根据相关政策，从明年起，武汉市将对入选国家工程院院士的设计师所在公司给予1000万元重奖。据悉，该方案为国内首个工程设计产业升级方案。
按照实施方案，武汉市将着力提高工程设计产业能级。大力发展综合交通、绿色建筑、水与生态环境、地下城市、循环经济、节能和新能源六大工程设计咨询业。预计到2016年，武汉市工程设计营业收入将突破1200亿元，到2020年，申报完成“工程设计之都”。
为达到上述目标，武汉将出台11项配套政策，涉及组织领导、产业导向、人才培育引进、投融资、国际贸易、领军企业培育、财政等多个方面。
财政政策规定，从明年起，武汉将设立工程设计产业支持专项资金，由市区两级财政每年筹措1个亿，用于扶持工程设计产业发展。
人才培育引进政策规定，明年起，出现一个工程院院士，将奖励所在公司1000万元的发展基金；出现一个国家级勘察设计大师，奖励所在公司500万元发展基金；出一个省级勘察设计大师，奖励所在公司300万元发展基金。基金拨付给公司，个人获得多少，由公司分配。
武汉工程设计综合实力位居全国前列。目前共有勘探设计企业436家，2012年工程设计产业营业收入723亿元，市场占有率位居全国第三，从业人员超过6万人，今年产值将突破800亿元。分享到：(责编：王劲松、周俊娟)
