吕特表示，荷中关系发展很快、很好。我祝贺中共十八届三中全会成功召开，赞赏中国政府和领导人坚持改革开放的决心和勇气，相信中国的发展对荷兰是重要机遇。荷方高度重视对华关系，愿同中方密切高层交往，扩大互利合作，加强人文交流。荷方将继续积极致力于推动欧中关系发展。
