网易前员工@纯银V今天上午通过其新浪微博曝光了一封疑似网易CEO丁磊的内部邮件,丁磊在邮件中对易信、微信、来往这三个最近大热的应用进行了点评。他表示,现在几个同类产品,微信5分,陌陌4分,易信0分,来往负分,接下来易信做的东西最少要到6分。

纯银V:网易老同事昨晚诉苦,说大佬下这种要求,易信还怎么做嘛blabla。没错……沟通可以基于熟人关系,也可以基于共同的话题,后者的沟通会更热烈——傻子都知道。但话题社交或者靠强大的社群基因(豆瓣),或者靠源源不断精准分流用户的渠道(贴吧),易信打算用社交来推动产品,却又拿什么来推动社交呢?

丁磊还在邮件中分享了对社交的理解,他认为,“社交其实更多的是在不那么熟的人之间,为兴趣或者为合作”,“相反,熟人之间的沟通大都是有事说事,没事拉倒,这顶多算聊天,离社交很远。但认识有共同兴趣的陌生人是每个人的社交本能。”

丁磊表示,电信的人每天都会问各种数据,自己第一次有打工的感觉,“你们不要压力大,我的压力比你们大多了。”

在邮件最后,丁磊表示“做一款大产品,眼光也要更大一点。如果把沟通只定义成聊天,那易信会走进死胡同。”

整体的思路是对的,但“熟人社交”这个说法有问题。

社交其实更多的是在不那么熟的人之间,为兴趣或者为合作。易信上我加了很多群,200个姑娘在一个海淘群里每天可以聊四五千条,你们和老婆恋爱的时候也聊不了这么多吧?冯绍峰粉丝群里没有有人义务直播偶像消息,也有上千条。这种沟通需求才是强需求,有共同兴趣、在同个主题下,一些陌生人或者不太熟的人因此开始社交。

相反,熟人之间的沟通大都是有事说事,没事拉倒,这顶多算聊天,离社交很远。跟熟人,你用易信、打电话或者发短信其实都一样。但认识有共同兴趣的陌生人是每个人的社交本能。

现在的几个同类产品,微信5分,陌陌4分,我们0分,来往负分。接下来你们给我看的东西,最少要到6分。不要有洁癖,我知道你们都不喜欢微信摇一摇,我也不喜欢,但用户喜欢,这个体验很糟糕,但解决的核心需求值得我们学习。

社交功能要尽快上,下个版本我要看到。之前你们把聊天做的很好,社交要做得更好,项目进度随时跟我沟通。你们不要压力大,我的压力比你们大多了,电信的人每天都会问我各种数据,我是第一次有打工的感觉。我们必须要在下一版里,一口气把活跃度提上去。
