《法制晚报》记者上午从市规划委了解到，今年3月以来，本市启动严厉打击违法用地违法建设专项行动。各区县对辖区内的违建整体情况进行梳理上报，其中包括居住区违建3.4万余处、140万平方米，普遍呈现单体面积小、处数多、位置分散的特点。截至10月19日，全市共拆除违建16338处、911万平方米，治理违法用地违法建设的成效显著。
