  新京报讯 (记者刘春瑞) 备受瞩目的京沈高铁的环评报告开始第四次在环保部网站公示。公示期为2013年11月14日至11月20日。据了解,京沈高铁工程总投资1258.4亿元,其中环境保护投资为29.85亿元,占总投资的2.37%。依据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》,自公示起五日内申请人、利害关系人可对拟作出的建设项目环境影响评价文件批复决定要求听证。


  部分声环境敏感点安装“屏障”


  北京市五环内有11处噪音污染的声环境敏感点,其中5处高层敏感点设置总长2970单线延米框架式声屏障,将星火站东侧设计为封闭式结构,减缓对金隅凤麟洲的影响,2处设置总长1390单线延米的5米高声屏障,其余3处共安装360平方米隔声窗。
