Chinese companies in Nigeria’s first real estate project opening

Xinhuanet,, November 16 (reporter Shao Xinlian)-China Civil Engineering Group Limited (the Midlands group) in the 16th Nigeria's first real estate development projects in Nigeria's economic center Lagos in early morning trading.

The project is located in the eastern end of Leckie in Lagos city peninsula, covers an area of 7.026 hectares, close to the Leckie Highway, about 22 km from Lagos, the commercial center area, from China's largest overseas economic and trade cooperation zone – Leckie FTA is about 45 km away. 70 residential community planning as a whole, including townhouse, double and detached villas, total construction area of about 31,600 square metres.

　　据介绍，该项目定位为高档别墅住宅小区，主打装修精、设施全、物业好三大亮点，尤其是24小时中央供水供电以及小区安保设施齐备，对客户有较大吸引力。

　　中土集团公司进入尼日利亚近20年，对该国基础设施建设作出贡献，并以优质的工程承包服务质量在西非打造了良好的企业品牌。中国驻拉各斯副总领事邱舰在开盘仪式上说，该项目标志着中土集团公司从工程承包商向投资商的转变。中土集团尼日利亚有限公司总经理石红兵说，尼日利亚是投资热土，希望通过这一房地产项目把一种全新的生活方式带给尼日利亚民众。

　　尼日利亚贸易和投资部长奥卢塞贡·阿甘加在仪式上说，发展房地产业将带动水泥等相关行业发展，期待更多类似投资项目出现。
