Experts estimate lung cancer the biggest after China 12 patients up to million

Main cause of lung cancer are smokers

　　肺癌主因是吸烟

　　北京协和医学院肿瘤医院院士孙燕称，近年来我国各类肿瘤的发病和死亡出现显著上升的趋势，目前男性发病率和死亡率最高的肿瘤为肺癌，而女性则为乳腺癌和肺癌。与环境、生活方式有关的肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌死亡率上升趋势更加明显，其中肺癌和乳腺癌上升幅度最大，过去30年分别上升了465%和96%。

　　中国癌症基金会副理事长兼秘书长赵平称，目前肺癌已代替肝癌成为我国首位恶性肿瘤死亡原因，占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的22.7%，且发病率和死亡率仍在继续迅速上升。自2000年至2005年间，中国肺癌的发病人数估计增加12万人，其中，男性肺癌病人从2000年的26万人增加到2005年的33万人，同期女性肺癌患者从12万人增加到17万人，“烟草是患肺癌的主要原因，40%的癌症是可以预防的”。

　　吸烟致13种癌症

　　目前，我国男性吸烟率集中在25岁-44岁和45岁-64岁人群。国际一项研究结果显示，戒烟10年，患肺癌的危险性比继续吸烟者降低一半。中年以前戒烟，可减少90%以上归因烟草的危险。对吸烟者来说，任何时候戒烟都不晚，当然越早越好。

　　专家表示，目前我国肺癌发病率每年增长26.9%，仅北京在1974年-2003年间肺癌的死亡人数就增加了250%。如不及时采取有效控制措施，预计到2025年，我国肺癌病人将达到100万，成为世界第一肺癌大国。

　　吸烟是肺癌发病的首要高危因素，如果现在的吸烟模式不变，控烟工作还不努力，估计到2025年，我国每年约有200万人死于与烟草相关的疾病；到本世纪中叶，估计每年将有300万人死于与烟草相关的疾病。

　　与会专家称，有明确证据显示吸烟导致的癌症有13种，包括肺癌、喉癌、口腔癌、食管癌、胃癌、白血病、肾癌、膀胱癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌等，被动吸烟导致的癌症有肺癌和白血病。

　　北京协和医学院肿瘤研究所医院程书钧院士建议建立国家级的肺癌防治中心，负责国家肺癌发病监控，协调组织国家肺癌防治计划及相关研究，并建立国家级肺癌现场和社区防治示范点，为肺癌防治提供示范基地。采取以预防为主、防治战略前移的综合防控措施。同时，从幼儿园、小学开始设立包括禁烟在内的健康教育课。

　　■数说烟草

　　17000亿：我们目前年生产17000亿支香烟，是世界第二烟草生产国——美国的2.5倍。

　　100万：目前全球一共有11亿烟民，我国占了3.5亿；我国也是世界上最大的烟草受害国，每年约有100万人死于与烟草相关的疾病。

　　62.8%：我国15岁以上人群总吸烟率高达33.5%，男性62.8%，女性3.1%。香港、爱尔兰、芬兰、苏格兰分别承诺在2022年至2040年间将烟草流行率降低至5%。
