　　据了解，举报者王宇澄是王正敏的学生兼前任助手。早在2012年初，王宇澄已向校方提交过举报材料，复旦大学学术规范委员会随即启动调查工作，并于今年8月形成调查报告，同时上报中科院。

　　记者看到，这份对外公开的调查报告涉及三方面问题。其一，认定王正敏提供的医学博士学位证书已获教育部留学服务中心认定，学历造假问题不存在；其二，王正敏作为合作者之一发表的几篇中文论文中，有些论文内容高度重复，属重复发表，尽管王正敏均称其“是在毫不知情的情况下被列为论文的合作者”，但此做法在学术态度上是不实事求是的；其三，在王正敏编著或主编的《耳显微外科》等三本书中，在未取得国外著作版权的同意下，对原著图片重新描画，使用大量插图且未注明出处，“此做法不符合国际公认的学术规范”。

　　复旦大学学术规范委员会在处理意见中认为，王正敏必须就编写专著中存在的学术不规范行为向原作者作出书面道歉，以及就院士申报论文材料中的不实事求是做法向中国科学院作出说明。

　　对这一结果，王宇澄表示将继续收集王正敏在临床实验数据、论文数目、著作抄袭等方面的问题，进一步“反击”。王正敏对此则不愿多谈。

　　此事因涉及院士评选、学术造假、师生矛盾等问题，引起社会关注。有网民表示：“院士评选容不得半点瑕疵，每位院士申请人都必须对自己提供材料的真实性负责。”

　　复旦大学学术规范委员会主任周鲁卫坦言，当前学术界的很多问题确实是“历史遗留”问题，如何面对和处理，需要学术界充分重视、认真探讨并形成广泛共识，才能正本清源、行之有度。

　　周鲁卫表示，无论事情发生距今多久，只要举报者拿出确凿的证据，学校方面就一定会追查到底。“院士评选中的个别不规范行为确实有当时社会风气和法制建设等因素影响，拿今天的规则审视过去的行为，稍显苛刻。但每个年代都不缺非常严谨的学者，对待学术必须始终坚持最高标准。”
