　　据了解，甘肃省禁止生产经营和使用的散装食用油、散装酱油和散装食醋，是指以散装形式生产经营和使用的无预包装、无食品名称、生产日期、保质期、厂名厂址、生产许可QS标志、生产经营者名称及联系方式的食用油、酱油和食醋。今后，取得食品生产许可证和营业执照，从事食用油、酱油、食醋生产加工和分装的企业，生产的食用油最大包装为25公斤，酱油和食醋最大包装为10公斤。

　　另外，利用传统工艺从事胡麻油、菜籽油、花生油、芝麻油等现场制售的小作坊和酱油、食醋加工小作坊，其产品每季度要委托法定机构进行检验，依法取得质量合格证明，且只能在生产经营场所零售，不得从事批发业务或异地销售。

　　据介绍，对违反禁止生产经营和使用散装食用油、散装酱油、散装食醋规定者，由食品药品监管部门依法查处。涉嫌犯罪的，依法移送司法机关追究刑事责任。
