据了解，在“华辰拍卖”举办的春季拍卖中，江青拍摄的“毛主席坐像”曾以39.1万的最终价格成交，这帧《庐山仙人洞》虽为风景之作，市场表现却不逊色。
《庐山仙人洞》是江青于1961年随毛主席在庐山召开工作会议期间拍摄，照片从仙人洞前石护栏的角度取景，远望西北方锦绣峰，上方有蟾蜍石、古松疏影点缀，左下方为锦绣峰白鹿升仙台及御碑亭，境界开阔。这张照片备受毛泽东的称赞，并公开为之赋诗《七绝•为李进同志题所摄庐山仙人洞照》：“暮色苍茫看劲松，乱云飞渡仍从容，天生一个仙人洞，无限风光在险峰。”此幅拍品为文革期间制作的用于发稿使用的大尺幅样片，并作为封二作品收录于《新摄影》(1968年)第一期中。
