　　湖南湘潭民营企业家跳楼事件续：公司扩张过快负债累累 民间借贷超2.3亿元

　　新华网长沙11月17日电 (记者丁文杰、刘良恒)近日，湖南湘潭民营企业家、恒盾集团董事长王检忠跳楼身亡事件引发社会关注。新华社记者17日从事件调查组独家获悉，根据初步核实，王检忠的公司负债5.48亿元以上，其中民间借贷高达2.3亿余元。

　　现年60岁的王检忠，靠做竹砧板白手起家，成为湘潭市有一定影响力的民营企业家。今年11月12日下午5时许，王检忠从湘潭市政府大楼15楼跳楼身亡，经公安部门侦查，系自杀身亡。

　　记者从湘潭市公安局获悉，15日下午，湘潭市公安局岳塘分局向王检忠子女公布了在事发现场提取的遗书、手机和原始现勘资料。16日，王检忠亲属对公安部门作出的王检忠自杀调查结论予以签字认可后，警方将王检忠遗书、手机等物品交还其亲属。

　　作为一名当地颇有名气的民营企业家，为什么要选择在市政府大楼跳楼自杀？随着一些调查的开展，恒盾集团发展步伐太快、资金压力大、民间借贷多等问题逐步浮出水面。

　　事发第二天，新华社记者在恒盾集团采访时，公司党委副书记刘伟直言王检忠自杀“很意外”。刘伟承认公司资金压力很大，主要是投资1亿多元兴建了一家五星级休闲山庄，由于土地是租用当地农民的，无法抵押贷款，造成资金链吃紧。刘伟告诉记者，公司银行负债2亿多元，至于民间借贷都是王检忠个人经办，具体情况不知情。

　　记者了解到，经查，截至11月16日，恒盾集团负债54846万余元，主要由银行贷款、小额贷款公司和民间借贷等组成。其中，根据恒盾集团财务提供的民间借贷资料显示，民间借贷23112.81万余元，目前已登记的为12232.64万元。此外，王检忠还累计透支18张信用卡，并拖欠一些职工集资款、工资等。

　　据悉，事发后，恒盾集团及王检忠家属紧急打报告给当地政府，指出集团“所涉债权债务数额十分巨大”，希望当地政府给予帮助。
