　　东方网记者周巧、桑怡、裘颖琼11月17日报道：今天上午，有网友爆料称，宜家家居(漕溪路店)停止营业，门前还有特警封锁现场。东方网记者从徐汇警方处获悉，事件起因是有顾客和宜家发生纠纷，遂在宜家闹事。为了怕影响其他顾客，所以才封锁了现场。目前，事件已得到处置。

　　今天上午11点20分，东方网记者赶到宜家看到，虽然已得知商场全部封锁，但门口仍有约50、60名顾客不愿离去。有顾客告诉记者，他们听说是有人在宜家闹事，还扬言要放火。对此，宜家工作人员表示，“停止营业是因为内部技术故障”。该工作人员还表示，今早9点开门营业了一小会后，宜家就停止营业了。

　　不一会儿，记者看到，有多名特警从宜家大门走出，其中有一名特警手上还提着灭火器。宜家工作人员告诉现场焦急等待的顾客，“12点半，二楼顾所客区域将对外开放”。该工作人员向记者解释称，内部还在整顿，今天下午所有顾客区域将恢复正常开放。
