而据江永县委某核心部门一位不愿公开身份的人士透露，网帖所提及的现象在2007年前后开始出现，湖南省及永州市曾多次派人进行调查，但最后均无结果。

江永县委宣传部还说，当地政府已决定对聂某、唐某等6名事业单位工作人员调动情况展开调查，并立即派出调查组分赴外地有关单位调查核实。待调查结果出来后，再按照有关政策规定处理到位。
