央广网昆明11月17日消息(记者陈鸿燕)昆明市东川区11月16日23时36分，发生了震源深度为13公里的4.5级地震。截至目前，共接到东川区因民镇田坝村、火麻箐村、联盟村、桃树坪村和东川区拖布卡镇的奚家坪村、下水坪村等区域有房屋损坏的情况报告，具体情况在进一步核实中。该区域涉及自然村87个、4334户人家、共16827人，房屋面积共计388416平方米(其中：框架结构3830平方米，砖混结构72772平方米，砖木结构8200平方米，土木结构303614平方米)。
截至目前，东川区共出动党群干部6800多人次，车辆368台。 截至上午12时，东川区五镇一街道社会秩序正常，救援工作有序开展，东川区民政局迅速调拨被子200床、帐篷120顶，军棉衣160件、太阳布6张、应急包7个，大米56袋，矿泉水100件等救灾物资运到灾区，切实关心人民群众疾苦，解决基本生活问题。
因民镇1205户4658人不同程度受灾，房屋开裂1205户，2842间。其中：1.火麻箐村火麻箐小组共有农户44户，村民171人，在家人员90人，土木结构房屋95%出现开裂掉土(有4户房屋裂口大，需排险处理)；2.火麻箐村燃新厂小组共有农户26户，村民126人，有9户房屋开裂受损；3.牛厂坪村和田坝村部分年久失修的房屋受损。拖布卡镇西瓜地村下水坪小组有农户84户，村民420人，在家人员200人，砖混房屋14户，土木结构房屋70户，其中砖混房屋4户(新建)、土木结构房屋均有不同程度的开裂；拖布卡镇树桔村学塘小组有农户62户，村民252人，在家人员200人，砖混结构房屋2户，未受损，土木结构房屋60户，有部分受损，其他村组正在进一步核实受损情况，拖布卡镇至因民镇沿江公路沿线山上有落石坠落，散落在公路路面上。
汤丹镇无人员伤亡情况，14个村房屋不同程度受损，严重开裂21户，轻微开裂500户 。 乌龙镇无人员伤亡情况，10个村，86户房屋不同程度受损。 铜都街道和阿旺镇截止目前无人员伤亡，财产损失情况正在进一步调查中。
各个救援组正紧锣密鼓的开展灾情调查和紧急救援。
