今年兰州市政府出台防控冬季大气污染新措施。根据规定，从11月1日起，当兰州市环境空气质量综合指数(AQI指数)达到101(轻度污染)以上并持续三天时，于第四天启动机动车单双号限行措施。相关部门数据监测，11月13日到15日，兰州市空气质量连续3天出现轻度污染，按照此前制定的预案，兰州市政府决定自11月17日起，每日7时到20时，对中心城区实行小型及微型客车单双号限行措施，时间为11月17日起到2014年1月10日(包括节假日)。
据了解，尾气污染是兰州市的主要污染源之一，由于兰州市多项市政建设项目施工，汽车保有量大，堵车和尾气污染日益严重。据测算，目前兰州市道路交通密度(机动车总量/道路总长)高达每公里628辆，是香港、深圳的两倍以上。(完)
