　　东北网11月17日讯 (记者 魏义松) 16日晚，哈尔滨市开始降下首场大雪。记者从哈尔滨市清冰雪指挥部了解到，17日凌晨两点，大型清雪设备就开始了清雪，12000余名环卫工人全部进入紧急清雪状态。目前，哈尔滨市主要街路交通基本正常。

　　17日7时，记者在哈尔滨市抚顺街看到，环卫工人正用清冰铲破开路面的积雪，随后用推雪铲将雪推到路边攒堆。环卫工人告诉记者，16日他们就接到了通知，17日3时就开始对路面的降雪进行反复清扫。

　　哈尔滨市清冰雪指挥部负责人介绍，凌晨2时，哈尔滨市的五百余套大型清冰雪设备就开始了清雪作业。3时，12000余名环卫工人上岗清雪，107个主要路段进行了融雪剂泼洒。由于温度处于零下2度左右，地面湿滑、清雪难度大。10时，清冰雪指挥部紧急调整，将以清雪设备滚刷式清雪改为清冰铲和破雪铲结合的方式进行清理。
