　　出现抛客情况的是一架定于前天早上7点15分由上海直飞马尔代夫的LV199航班，凌晨4点左右已经有不少旅客带着行李来到了浦东机场，早上6点左右美佳航空公司的工作人员突然告知旅客因天气原因飞机需要多加一些油，所以不能全员载客，需要留下45名乘客。对于该解释旅客们表示非常不理解。事件发生以后，航空公司的工作人员立刻是为旅客改签了航班，但这样的话旅客就必须要到香港转机才能飞往马尔代夫。一些跟团的旅客的行程也因此缩短。

　　据报道，当天下午滞留的旅客已经全部离开了机场，相关的赔偿事宜也正在进一步的协商处理当中。昨天记者也辗转联系了多个部门试图得到回应，机场宣传负责人的手机一直处于关机和无人接机的状态，随即记者拨打了机场的投诉热线，工作人员说航空公司的情况机场是并不了解，而美佳航空在上海机场登记的仅仅只有行李查询的电话，没有其他的投诉渠道。记者查询了相关的资料时发现关于马尔代夫美佳航空的质疑之声一直不断，甩客的现象也是时有发生。
