有消息人士称，北京市劳教所的劳教人员于今年夏天开始陆续释放，目前本市已没有劳教人员。

上午发现
团河劳教所已经改名为监狱
今天上午，记者来到地处大兴区的原北京市团河劳教所，初冬的寒风中，这里显得更加冷清，只有门口值班室的两名工作人员，大门内未看见有其他人员的身影。
大门的左右两侧也未见到通常所见的单位名称挂牌，仅在正门西侧墙壁上挂了一块小小的不锈钢标牌，上面写着“北京市监狱团河二监区 ”。
工作人员确认此处就是原团河劳教所，“今年7月新换的牌。”工作人员称，但是对于劳教所内是否还有劳教人员等信息，工作人员不予透露。
根据北京市团河劳教所网站上的消息，该所始建于1955年，主要收容财产、滋扰、性罪错等类型的成年男性劳教人员。此后，开始收教成年男性犯有财产、滋扰、性罪错、吸毒、扰乱社会秩序等罪错类型的劳教人员及少年管教人员。
天堂河劳教所尚未更名
今天上午记者在天堂河劳教所发现，大门口挂着两块牌子，一块是“北京市天堂河劳动教养所”，另一块是“北京市天堂河强制隔离戒毒所”。
由于是周末，劳教所门口没有人员出入。
据北京市劳教局的一名工作人员介绍，现在内部的工作人员都在传，北京市劳教局将于下月摘牌。摘牌后，原劳教所将收押戒毒人员和被法院判处短期刑罚的犯罪人员。
记者上午在新河劳教所看到，“北京市新河劳教所”的牌子还没摘。
在劳教所南侧的团河会议中心，门口值班人员称此处正是原来关押劳动教养犯的场所，只是几年前就已经没有劳动教养犯人了。“戒毒人员还没来呢。”值班人员说，以后此地可能会有戒毒人员。
据了解，北京市劳教局最后一名劳教人员已于今年七八月份时离开，公安部门也不再接受并转送劳教人员，市劳教局劳教所也转为戒毒所，或是因盗窃、诈骗而入狱的短刑犯。
但是今天上午，记者询问北京市司法局相关人士时，该人士称北京肯定还有劳教人员，“劳教制度废止之前，作出劳教决定的，没到时候肯定还没释放。”

被判拘役人员 目前在劳教所服刑
记者上午采访了多家法院的刑事审判庭庭长。一位城区的庭长表示，由该院刑事审判庭判处拘役刑(刑期在6个月以内)的罪犯，目前都在劳教所服刑，人员以因酒后驾驶而被判危险驾驶罪的司机为主。
另一位郊区法院的庭长也向记者确认了以上事实。他同时表示，在该院，除被判拘役刑的罪犯，被判1年以下有期徒刑的罪犯，目前也在劳教所服刑。

北京市劳教局成立于2000年2月，下辖劳教人员调遣处、新河劳教所、团河劳教所、新安劳教所、天堂河劳教所、女子劳教所、未成年劳教所、双河劳教所。目前，市劳教局约有2000名民警。
团河劳教所主要收容财产、滋扰、性罪错等类型的成年男性劳教人员。
新河劳教所原名北京市团河农场，1955年9月成立，2007年1月更名，多收容晋级半开放式管理的劳教人员。新河劳教所在承担教育挽救任务的同时，还承担着全局男性患病劳教人员的医疗救治工作。

天堂河劳教所始建于1960年，2008年6月1日前，主要承担着吸毒型、普通型及女性患病劳教人员的管理教育工作，负责天堂河地区4个劳教场所的医疗保障任务，同时管理着建筑面积11万余平方米家属区和千余名离退休人员。2007年2月2日被司法部列为首批戒毒康复试点单位，2008年6月1日，根据部、局的统一部署，天堂河劳教所又承担了强制隔离戒毒职能，成为首都司法行政系统首家强制隔离戒毒所。
