据悉，《毛泽东同志诞生120周年》纪念邮票一套4枚，面值均为1.20元，志号为2013-30。邮票主图以油画形式表现了毛泽东青年时、在井冈山、在延安、建国后四个时期形象，图名称分别为“问苍茫大地谁主沉浮”、“北国风光”、“毛泽东在十二月会议上”、“心潮”。邮票设计者为曾设计过《毛泽东同志诞生一百一十周年》纪念邮票的设计师马刚。邮票在印制上采用多色胶印，精细地再现了油画的层次、色彩，完美表现了伟人的精神和气质
为配合纪念邮票发行，山东各地纷纷推出纪念邮戳，纪念邮戳嵌入了伟人毛泽东印章，资深邮人称，此举在中国尚属首例。
据介绍，济南纪念邮戳图案为青年时期毛泽东肖像，戳中再现了毛泽东《沁园春·长沙》词中的手书“主沉浮”字样，左下角嵌有金石篆书“润之”白文(1949年由齐白石制印)；聊城纪念邮戳戳图为稿纸形，肖像为长征时期的毛泽东，“从头越”取自《忆秦娥·娄山关》词中的手书，金石篆书“毛氏藏书”朱文(1963年上海博物馆吴朴堂制印)；烟台纪念邮戳图案呈圆形，内嵌解放战争时期的毛泽东肖像，“全无敌”取自毛泽东词《满江红·和郭沫若同志》中的手书，金石篆书“毛泽东印”白文(1959年春夏之交傅抱石制印)；德州纪念邮戳外形为圆角长方形，肖像为社会主义建设时期的毛泽东，“看今朝”取自毛泽东《沁园春·雪》词手书，金石篆书“毛泽东印”白文(1945年重庆曹立庵制印)。(完)
