记者从今天举行的新书座谈会上了解到，《新改革经济学》以35年改革历程为背景，分析了转型换挡期中国经济中高速增长的趋势和特征，针对中国进入中高速增长新阶段所面临的新形势，提出了市场红利、收入倍增红利、反腐红利、生态红利、创新红利和城乡发展一体化化红利的改革红利新观点。
该书作者、北京国际城市发展研究院院长连玉明表示，该书从新改革经济学的基本理念出发，重点把握住了三中全会关于全面深化改革理论的六个标志性新变化，即从局部到“全面”的变化、从基础到“决定”的变化、从管理到“治理”、从城镇化到“城乡发展一体化”的变化、从稳定到“安全”的变化和从政府负责到“党委领导”的变化。
当代中国研究所副所长武力认为，该书是第一时间观察三中全会全面改革大趋势的最新成果。他认为，目前中国处于社会矛盾多发期以及国际环境博弈期，因此需要通过一系列惠民生、利长远的新政策，释放改革开放正效应，打造中国经济升级版。

中国人民大学地方政府发展战略研究中心执行主任彭真怀则认为该书在创新上再多做文章。他称，该书历时一年编撰完成，在十八届三中全会召开之前完稿，内容翔实，虽然没有涉及会议的内容，但却是一本解读中央领导集体改革新理论的好读本。(完)
