　　央广网北京11月17日消息 据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，从今天开始，兰州将实施机动车单双号限行措施。每天早7点到晚八点，都是限行时间，限行措施将持续到明年的1月10号。公交车、出租车、军车、警车、消防车、救护车、工程抢险车和其他正在执行紧急公务车辆不在限制范围之内，兰州这次实行单双号限行主要是为了缓解空气污染。

　　兰州市位于黄河河谷地带，受地理因素影响，冬季污染严重。环保部门测算，尾气污染是兰州市的主要污染源之一，由于兰州市多项市政建设项目施工、汽车保有量大，堵车和尾气污染日益严重。据测算，目前兰州市道路交通密度高达每公里628辆，是香港、深圳的两倍以上。
