　　在今天上午的发布会上，清华大学教授、抗肿瘤蛋白质药物国家工程实验室主任罗永章，介绍了他的研究成果：人90α被发现多年以来，清华大学课题组首次证明其是一个全新的肿瘤标志物。

　　据了解，肿瘤标志物是一类反映肿瘤存在的物质，在肿瘤患者体内的含量，远远超过健康人群。标志物的存在或变量，可以提示肿瘤的性质。现已成为肿瘤诊断、治疗指导中的重要辅助手段。罗永章的课题组证明，人90α是一个全新的肿瘤标志物。

　　认识到这一点后，罗永章课题组很快与生物科技公司合作，研发出性能稳定的人90α定量检测试剂盒，并于2010年获得医疗器械生产许可证。

　　与其他肿瘤检测手段相比，利用肿瘤标志物检测更加方便快捷，成本也大大降低。例如，只需取肺癌患者的一滴血，通过他们研发的检测盒，检测血浆中人90α的含量，即可用于病情监测和治疗效果的评价。

　　“人90α肿瘤标志物具有广谱的特性。”罗永章说，人90α用于肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等其他多个癌症种类的临床试验，也将在近期完成。
