质疑
合作社成立一年冯某从未现身
报道称，在中泓农业合作社签订协议书时，当事人冯某未出席，是其身为南充市政府某行政执法部门重要官员的父亲代签。冯某系南充某校高一学生。
这份合作协议书于2012年5月11日在南充市嘉陵区世阳镇韩家村签订。冯某为丙方，其生日为1998年8月24日，身份证号为51130219980824XXXX。协议书显示，第六条中发现丙方责任负责协调各方关系，争取相关资金等工作。第六条第三点国家补贴盈余分配规定：除去所有实际开支和预算支出，剩余部分按各三分之一的比例分配。
报道还称，中泓农业合作社一位陈氏员工说：“从中泓农业合作社成立以来，合伙人冯某从来未到现场一次。”记者从嘉陵区工商行政管理局了解到，其中泓农业合作社基本事实属实。
记者多次联系中泓农业合作社，未获回应。
有网民质疑该官员是否为躲避风险，逃避责任，故意签署其子女名字。也有质疑其不满14周岁的女儿不具备承担法律约定的条件。
