　　中央气象台提示，黑龙江和吉林两省应积极采取各项应对措施，防范强降雪、暴风雪和道路结冰等对交通运输、城市供暖、设施农业和群众生活健康等带来的不利影响。

　　预计19日起，东北地区的降雪将逐渐趋于减弱消退。

　　另外，今夜起至19日，冷空气还会继续在东北地区中东部、黄淮东部等地制造4～6℃降温；18日前后，黄淮东部、江淮东部等地的部分地区还将出现初霜冻。

　　21至22日，一股新的冷空气将在新疆施展威力，新疆大部地区将有小到中雪，部分地区有大到暴雪，并伴有大风降温天气。
