　　受暴雪影响，目前城市交通、高速公路、机场航空等全面受阻。哈尔滨铁路局当日发布消息称，当地铁路客流量激增，目前多趟列车晚点。另据统计，截至18日下午，哈尔滨因暴雪共发生交通事故471起。

　　记者从哈尔滨市教育局了解到，哈尔滨各中小学及幼儿园继18日停课一天后，19日继续停课一天，20日是否正常上课取决于天气状况。

　　哈尔滨市政府当天下午召开新闻发布会称，目前清冰雪工作已经投入5万余人次，专业清雪设备4千余台次，运雪车辆1600余台，运出积雪52.6万立方米。驻哈尔滨部队已出动2800名官兵进入主城区支援。

　　哈尔滨市长宋希斌表示，凌晨前全市将集中精力清冰雪，凌晨后把冰雪运送出城。(完)
