争议四起不可怕，面对质疑，坐言起行兑现承诺就是最好的回应。事实上，作为一方“父母官”，敢于将自己的廉政观点、廉政承诺置于聚光灯下，接受社会公众的考量，的确需要不少的勇气。这种胆量值得肯定，其释放出的信号对于弘扬清廉的官场氛围、震慑腐败分子必将会起到积极作用。
但公众的质疑也不无道理。将为官执政的基本守则拿出来当成“承诺”，事件本身就充满了“反讽”的意味：“拒绝红包”是官员的本分，怎么倒成了政府拿来歌颂的高尚品德？用高调的承诺来约束自身，是否已经说明清廉的确成了“稀缺品德”？如果体制完善，“喊破喉咙”式的反腐能有多少实效？建设一个真正“公生明、廉生威”的官场，究竟是要靠官员的自律，还是要靠“把权力关进笼子”？
要回应这些质疑，打消公众的疑虑，恐怕政府部门还要拿出比“书面承诺”更多的实际动作来。比如加强法纪的约束、细化监督的措施等。只有真正做到了“坐言起行”，才能让质疑之声逐渐改观，同时也才算真正实现了“晒”承诺的初衷。
近年来，通过媒体公开廉政举措、“晒”出廉政承诺，甚至做出廉政“检讨”的地方和官员并不在少数，每一次信息的公开曝光都引起人们的高度关注，其中也不乏和宿州此次“晒”承诺一样，既收获了鲜花，也挨了不少“拍砖”。这说明，反腐问题仍是社会公众的“敏感神经”，无论观点左右，关注本身就也是一种力量，是推动全社会廉政建设的“正能量”。期待有更多的党政干部主动接受社会监督，也期待每一个廉政承诺都能得到不折不扣的兑现。
