  她指出,中国人食用的奶制品非常少,过量的几率很小,因此不必过度焦虑。只要不是乳糖不耐这类人群,摄入适当的牛奶不会造成健康损害。一般来说,每天喝250毫升到300毫升的牛奶,不但不会增加疾病风险,反而会带来有益的补充。
