　　专家预测，第二个五年反腐规划颁布实施后，纪委的重心工作将会回到党内监督和惩处腐败上来，形成对腐败严厉打击的态势。

　　据了解，规划中还将重点部署中央巡视制度改革、中纪委派驻机构改革等内容，强调从严治党、惩防体系建设，形成“不敢腐的惩戒机制、不能腐的防范机制、不易腐的保障机制”。

　　“其中一些内容不仅是治标，而且触及治本。”这位专家说。
