　　据了解，哈尔滨市十县(市)教育局可根据当地天气情况，自行决定是否停课。

　　中央气象台17日18时继续发布暴雪黄色预警，预计17日20时至18日20时，黑龙江中东部等地有大到暴雪，其中黑龙江东南部部门地区有大暴雪(20～30mm)。降雪同时伴有5～6级偏北风，部分地区将出现暴风雪。(完)
