  野生东北豹母子出游首次被拍到,证实已经定居中国


  据新华社电 世界自然基金会(WWF)16日公布的一组东北豹母子出游的红外视频和照片(右图),首次证实这一全球濒危的猫科动物定居中国。


  这是中国首次拍摄到东北豹繁殖种群的影像,由世界自然基金会和国家林业局猫科中心共同布设在吉林汪清国家级自然保护区兰家林场的红外相机拍摄,时间是2013年10月9日上午。


  视频显示,一只雌性成年豹正带着两只幼崽在林间巡视,两只幼豹都活蹦乱跳,健康富有活力。


  “这是中国首次获取东北豹的繁殖证据。”东北林业大学教授、国家林业局猫科研究中心常务副主任姜广顺博士在接受新华社记者电话采访时说:“从红外影像可以判断,这是一只雌豹带着一对双胞胎幼崽。从体型和行走步态判断,这对双胞胎东北豹约为6—7个月大小。”


  “这次获取的红外影像,说明汪清地区存在野生东北豹的繁殖种群。”WWF(中国)东北办公室主任石全华介绍说,“而繁殖种群的存在,可以证明东北豹已经在这一地区定居。”据了解,东北豹(属金钱豹东北亚种)是目前世界上最为濒危的大型猫科动物亚种之一,被世界自然保护联盟濒危动物红皮书列为极危物种,其野生数量远远低于东北虎。数据显示,全球野生东北豹数量极为稀少,只有50只左右,约为野生东北虎的十分之一。大部分野生东北豹生活在中俄边境地带。
