人体胎盘能否买卖？吃这些对人有没有好处？昨天，扬子晚报记者采访发现，卫生部门明令禁止胎盘买卖，而药监部门则表示，如果所售药品有证照，购进售出渠道合法就可以销售。 扬子晚报记者 张筠

记者在中国药材市场网站上看到，近期“紫河车”的价格涨了不少，优质货从今年六月份的450元/公斤涨到了750元/公斤，“由于该品需求不减，市场对此类药材的整治力度加强，符合国家质量规定的货源不多，因此预计后期行情将上扬。”
卫生和药监部门态度不一

多数产妇不知道胎盘去向
南京多家药房的药工表示，他们的胎盘是从医院收来的。
顾小姐半月前在苏州产下一个男婴，“打完麻药后护士问我胎盘要不要，我当时迷迷糊糊的也不知道怎么回答，就说随便你们吧。”

紫河车真的有用吗？
南京中医药大学中内教研室主任薛博瑜告诉记者，中医认为，胎盘有补肾益精，益气养血之功，是非常好的大补药材。不仅民间有吃胎盘大补的传说，中医也常用紫河车入药。
生理学博士刘璟则认为，胎盘其中确含很多营养成分，但经水煮或焙干后会变性或降解，只能为人体提供氨基酸，无法产生其特殊的生理作用。即使有一些侥幸残留的“活性物质”，口服下去后，经过肠胃里的胃酸、各种蛋白水解酶的消化后，和吃下去二两熟猪肉没有本质区别。最关键的是，胎盘由于和母体相连，如果孕妇本身有一些可以通过血液传播的疾病，病原体很可能也会污染胎盘，比如艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、麻疹等等……
