Jilin local instantaneous wind up to 7

"Local instantaneous wind up level 7-8 Changchun Jilin airport closed" today by the Jilin provincial Observatory 15:05 Gale blue alert has been issued, Jilin 5-6 northerlies instantaneous wind of up to 7-8 level. Starting from Changchun airport 16:40 close, is expected to restore and open 20:40. At 42, 45 flights into Hong Kong will be affected, no passengers were stranded. (CCTV reporters all souls)
