答：你提到的事情是英联邦“家庭内部”的事。但是我们认为，国与国之间国情千差万别，经济社会发展水平参差不齐，在人权保护问题上也会存在不同甚至分歧。最重要的是，应通过当事国政府努力改善该国人权状况，同时国际社会也应提供建设性的帮助。我们一直主张，在人权问题上，国际社会应通过对话和交流增进相互了解，促进合作，以建设性方式共同推进国际人权事业。
