Visit Romania during the LI will join Romania's leaders held talks and meetings, joint planning of bilateral cooperation in various fields, and promote the sustained, sound and steady development of Sino-Romanian relations.

Qin Gang said, after attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries during the 12th meeting of the Prime Minister, Li keqiang, the Prime Minister will outline on deepening the pragmatic cooperation in all areas of the SCO, China policy, with the leaders on strengthening the construction of the SCO to promote an in-depth exchange of views on regional peace, stability and development. Li keqiang, the Prime Minister will also meet with leaders of the participating countries concerned.

　　新华网北京11月18日电 外交部发言人秦刚18日在例行记者会上宣布，应罗马尼亚总理蓬塔、乌兹别克斯坦共和国总理米尔济亚耶夫邀请，国务院总理李克强将于25日至29日出席在罗马尼亚举行的中国－中东欧国家领导人会晤并对罗马尼亚进行正式访问，出席在乌兹别克斯坦举行的上海合作组织成员国总理第十二次会议。

　　秦刚说，在出席中国－中东欧国家领导人会晤期间，李克强总理将阐述中方关于推进中国－中东欧国家合作的框架举措，与中东欧16国领导人就提升中国－中东欧国家合作水平深入交换意见，并分别会见与会的中东欧国家领导人。访问罗马尼亚期间，李克强将同罗马尼亚领导人举行会谈、会见，共同规划双边各领域合作，推动中罗关系持续健康稳定向前发展。

　　秦刚说，在出席上海合作组织成员国总理第十二次会议期间，李克强总理将阐述中国对深化上合组织各领域务实合作的政策主张，同与会各国领导人就加强上合组织建设，促进本地区和平、稳定与发展深入交换意见。李克强总理还将会见与会有关国家领导人。
