肺癌发病率每年增近27%
吸烟是肺癌发病的首要高危因素。调查数据显示，目前，我国男性吸烟率集中在25岁—44岁和45岁—64岁人群。国际一项研究结果显示，戒烟10年，患肺癌的危险性比继续吸烟者降低一半。中年以前戒烟，可减少90%以上归因烟草的危险。对吸烟者来说，任何时候戒烟都不晚，当然越早越好。
专家表示，目前我国肺癌发病率每年增长26.9%，仅北京在1974年—2003年间肺癌的死亡人数就增加了250%。如不及时采取有效控制措施，预计到2025年，我国肺癌病人将达到100万，成为世界第一肺癌大国。
吸烟可致13种癌症

对于没有吸烟史的非高危人群，要想科学预防肺癌，除了要做到拒绝被动吸烟、重视并积极治疗肺部慢性疾病、减少室内外空气污染、家庭装修后保持通风换气之外，也应每年进行定期体检筛查。
长期接触厨房油烟 也可患肺癌
杭州富阳人胡女士今年63岁，身体一直很健康。两个多月前，她莫名出现咳嗽，慎重起见上医院做了个比较详细的检查，CT发现左下肺有个直径1厘米的阴影，确诊为肺癌。“她没有肺癌家族史，家里没有人吸烟，近年来也没有装修房子，估计跟她每天接触的厨房油烟关系最大。”杭州市一医院呼吸科主任王利民说。
有调查显示，在非吸烟的女性肺癌患者中，超过60%的女性长期接触厨房油烟，炊事人员发生肺癌的风险要比正常人高一倍。
“高温爆炒是很多家庭的烹饪习惯，因为这样做出来的菜口味比较不错，多年来胡女士也一直这么做菜。”王利民说，当油温高达270—280℃的时候，产生的油雾凝聚物可以导致细胞染色体的损伤，从而导致癌症的发生。
王利民建议将高温爆炒的烹饪方法改成清蒸、水煮等温和一点的方法；另外可以多摄入维生素A、胡萝卜素、蔬菜、水果等含抗癌物质较丰富的食物。

我省癌症患者 肺癌发病率最高

我国研发出癌症定量检测产品
清华大学昨日宣布，该校生命科学学院教授罗永章课题组在国际上首次发现热休克蛋白90α是一个全新的肿瘤标志物，自主研发的定量检测试剂盒已通过临床试验验证。
肿瘤标志物是一类反映肿瘤存在的物质，在肿瘤患者中的含量远远超过健康人。它的存在或量变可提示肿瘤的性质，已成为肿瘤诊断、预后及治疗指导的重要辅助手段。据了解，热休克蛋白90α肿瘤标志物具有广谱的特性，用于肝癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌等其他多个瘤种的临床试验将在近期完成。如能得到验证，试剂盒还可在多种常见肿瘤中应用。
与其他肿瘤检测手段相比，肿瘤标志物更方便快捷，成本也大大降低。只需取一滴血，即可通过这种试剂盒检测血浆中热休克蛋白90α的含量。如果含量超出正常值范围，建议采取其他手段进一步确认，能使患者早日接受治疗，从而大大提高治愈率或延长生存期。这是不是意味着可以实现“一滴血查肺癌”呢？罗永章表示，目前通过任何一种单一肿瘤标志物的检查都不能确定检查者是否患有肿瘤。也就是说，“一滴血查肺癌”的说法不能成立。但虽然不能用于检测肺癌，但对于已经确诊的患者确认治疗效果来说却有很大的意义。
有下列症状需留意肺癌
发热 45岁以上烟民出现长期慢性肺部炎症伴发热，治疗效果不佳者尤其要警惕肺癌的可能性
