本报讯(记者刘岚) “我省女性婚姻家庭地位满意度居全国之首，农村女性参加新农合的比例高于全国平均水平。”近日，由全国妇联和国家统计局组织、河北省妇联和省统计局联合实施的第三期中国妇女社会地位调查结束。调查显示，与10年前相比，我省妇女在健康、教育、经济、婚姻家庭等方面向好，但在女性劳动权益保障方面仍存差距，女性做家务用时为男性2.9倍，劳动收入却较男性偏低。
家庭地位满意度居全国首位
我省女性在个人事务上的自主权提高，婚姻家庭地位满意度居全国之首。调查显示，全省90.2%的女性对自己的家庭地位感到非常满意和比较满意，比全国平均水平(85.2%)高5个百分点。九成以上女性拥有个人事务自主权，妻子参与“家庭生产经营”、“家庭投资或贷款”、“买房、盖房”等家庭事务决策的比例均有所提高。
女性参与决策和管理的比例也在提高，政治参与意识和主动性不断增强。调查显示，我省女性曾经担任过领导或负责人的比例为10.7%，比2000年提高了4个百分点。女性主动参与捐款、无偿献血和志愿者活动的比2000年提高了48.3个百分点。
调查中我省85.2%的女性知道我国有保护妇女的专门法律，比2000年提高了12个百分点，比全国水平高出1.8个百分点，并且79.5%的女性认为《妇女权益保障法》在保护妇女权益方面起到了作用。
女性社会保障城乡差距缩小
此次调查结果显示，我省农村女性享受社会养老保障、社会医疗保障的比例均大幅提高，与男性基本相同，其中“新农合”比例占95.4%(比全国水平高1.5个百分点)。城乡妇女社会养老保障差距趋于缩小，由2000年的55.0个百分点下降至34.9个百分点；社会医疗保障的城乡差距由农村低于城镇46.5个百分点，变为农村高于城镇13个百分点。
调查表明，女性文化程度明显提高，教育性别差异有所缩小。
女性产前检查和住院分娩比例也得到了大幅度提高。
女性做家务用时为男性2.9倍
调查结果也反映出我省女性劳动权益保障方面仍存差距。在婚姻家庭中，虽然共同分担家务的观念得到更多认同，但是女性仍承担更多家务。调查显示，90.5%的人同意“男人也应该主动承担家务劳动”的主张，两性家务劳动时间的差距由2000年的173分缩短到2010年的122分，但女性每天用于家务劳动的时间(187分钟)仍是男性(65分钟)的2.9倍，而且72.4%的女性即使在看电视时，也不能静下心来，而是边看电视边做家务。
另外，我省职场中女性劳动收入较男性偏低。18-64岁女性人口的年平均劳动收入为10367元，仅相当于男性(17900元)的57.9%，低于64.5%的全国平均水平，居全国第22位。其中城镇女性年劳动收入17108元，相当于男性(25970元)的65.9%；农村女性年劳动收入6749元，相当于男性(12591元)的53.6%。
