央广网北京11月18日消息(记者杜希萌)据中国之声《全国新闻联播》报道，环保部今天发布10月份大气污染防治专项检查督查情况显示，华北部分地区工业企业超标排放，落后产能未能及时淘汰的情况仍然存在。
环境保护部环监局局长邹首民介绍，目前各地针对大气污染专项执法检查已经开展了多方面的工作。
邹首民：各地均已制定了具体的实施方案，基本都是结合本地的情况，各市区均成立了相应的组织结构，落实的相应的机制，同时落实了相应机构的责任，以及相关部门如何配合开展大气污染防治的机制。
但在此次针对北京，河北，山西和内蒙古等地开展的大气污染防治情况督查行动中，仍然发现了其中存在的一些问题。
邹首民：一是部分工业企业超标排放，治污设施运行不正常的情况仍然存在；二是产业结构调整有待进一步深化，落后产能未能及时淘汰，一些土小的工厂仍然存在着。第三个就是面源污染情况还是比较突出。
邹首民介绍，目前各督察组已经将督查情况反馈给当地主管部门，今后环保部还会对京津冀及周边地区大气污染防治专项检查工作进行“一月一督查”。
邹首民：目前已经要求了各地对发现的问题进行了查出，比如说唐山基本上我们发现的五家企业都进行了处罚，正在追究相关责任人的责任，包括我们房山区一个企业有氮氧化物超标的情况，他们目前正在对设备进行调试。
