　　俞正声指出，刚刚闭幕的中共十八届三中全会，是关系到我国未来改革发展的一次十分重要的会议。会议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》必将对我国人民生活的改善、经济和社会建设的各个方面产生深远的影响。学习好、贯彻好中共十八届三中全会精神是当前国家最重大的任务，也是人民政协政治协商、民主监督、参政议政的中心课题。希望常委会组成人员认真学习中共十八届三中全会精神，紧紧围绕贯彻落实中共中央关于全面深化改革的重大决策部署，深入进行讨论，积极建言献策，使人民政协更好地为全面深化改革做出贡献。
