  本报讯(记者蒋太旭 实习生唐姗姗) 京沪高铁在修建过程中,为避让明皇陵,多花了2.3亿元,多建了近6公里的桥梁,多挖了285米隧道。日前,京沪高铁徐州至上海段总设计师、中铁第四勘察设计院(简称铁四院)王玉泽总工程师,在华中科技大学ICOMOS—Wuhan“工程·文化·景观”国际学术研讨会上,公开披露了这组数据。







  京沪高铁连结北京与上海,全长1318公里,是目前世界上一次建成的里程最长的高速铁路,2008年4月动工,2011年6月通车。该高铁徐州至上海段的设计,由在汉的铁四院担纲。







  王玉泽是这段铁路的总设计师,他透露,明皇陵位于安徽省蚌埠市凤阳城西南约7公里处,为朱元璋所建,安葬着朱元璋的父母及兄嫂、侄儿的遗骨。皇陵为南北向长方形,中轴线两旁建设了不少祭祀、护卫、住所建筑,形成壮观的皇陵建筑群。1982年被国务院公布为全国重点文物保护单位。







  京沪高铁原线位方案,穿越了明皇陵北侧,侵入当地政府2000年依据文物法划定的周边建设控制范围外围。铁四院为此进行了工程环境影响评价,发现若按原方案施工,将可能影响景区历史风貌,破坏文物的氛围和环境。







  铁四院决定更改设计,绕道避开明皇陵。他们在补充勘测和征求文物部门意见的基础上,进行了大量技术经济比选,最终选定在明皇陵南面避绕的方案。新方案线路距明皇陵建设控制范围500米,需跨越河流和水库,施工桥梁长度因此增加5931米,隧道增加285米,主要工程费增加约23078万元。







  铁四院环境工程设计研究处总工黄盾昨日向记者透露:目前,中国已建并运营的高铁总里程已达1万多公里,其中60%至70%的线路设计由该院完成。近10年来,他们在线路选址及工程设计时,所避绕的类似明皇陵这样的文物文明遗址多达数十处。

  “白鹤梁”水下建馆







  三峡工程建成后,白鹤梁将被淹没。供职于中科院武汉岩土力学研究所的葛修润院士应邀参加最后一次决策会议时,创新性地提出运用“无压容器”原理,建立水下博物馆的设想。







  2009年5月18日,世界上唯一在水下40余米处建立的遗址类水下博物馆建成开馆。白鹤梁保护工程总投资1.9亿元。







  “遇真宫”飞升15米







  世界文化遗产武当山古建筑群的重要组成部分——遇真宫,在南水北调中线工程完工后,将被永久淹没于扩容后的丹江口水库中。







  长江勘测设计研究院与清华设计院共同承担了遇真宫垫高保护工程实施阶段设计工作。2012年8月,12个千斤顶将重约1200吨的宫门缓缓抬升,遇真宫将就地“飞升”15米,这是一项创造世界纪录的建筑物“长高”工程,也是南水北调中线工程中规模最大、投资最大的单体文物保护工程,全部工程耗资将超过2亿元。
