11月18日下午消息，来往方面对外宣布，将在近期全面对外开放公众账号平台，并表示外部账号运营者将通过该平台对外“共享”阿里在无线方面的用户信息与数据资源。同时来往还特别承诺，所有在来往平台的公众账号将免收任何费用。

来往方面透露，从10月底起，已经在来往4.1.1版中陆续邀请外部媒体、企业内部测试公众账号平台。

“我们接下来即将对外全面开放来往的公众账号平台，用户在这里可以关注到更多自己感兴趣的名人明星、媒体、企业和服务，并可以与这些公众账号优先建立关系”。来往平台负责人邹孟睿对外介绍，接下去来往还将打通淘宝、支付宝等服务，共享阿里原有的用户和数据信息，账号运营者可以通过来往平台更好地管理自己的用户与粉丝”。
