现在有些市民并不需要用车，但怕以后摇号越来越难，就早早加入"摇号大军"。对此，刘小明建议现在不急需用车的，也不要急于参加摇号和购车，将来使用的成本会提高。
7.购买电动车会有啥要求？
刘小明介绍，今年买电动车是不需要摇号的，但从明年开始电动车就需要参加摇号。明年全年新能源车的配置指标是2万个，如果申请人低于2万就不需要摇号，直接获得，如果超出2万就需要进行摇号。
新能源车指标将每2个月分配一次，月底将发布具体有关政策，市民可通过市交通委官网提出申请。
目前，新能源车各方面的技术标准正在进一步提升，技术水平也在提升。现实情况下，确实有电池续航等问题，这方面也都在进行攻关和加强基础设施建设。
