主持人：想知道劳教制度废止之后，原有北京的这些劳教场所，比如我们刚才说的团河劳教所等等具体有哪些变化？
记者：其实早在2009年的时候，作为四大体制改革的一个试点，当时的北京市的劳教人员调遣处，就已经变成了北京市的第三看守所分所，它所管理的对象也由原来的劳教人员，转成了收押因为触犯法律而被判处拘役，或者是有期徒刑的短刑犯人员，在这个第三看看守所内部看到有标准的塑胶跑道，整齐划一的宿舍内室，也很难让大家想象到这个是被大家诟病已久的劳教所。而同时为了能够让服刑人员，释放之后能够尽快的融入到社会，在这个改造之后的看守所里也为收押人员建立了德育教育中心、职业机能培训中心、心理咨询中心，并且也购买了相应的设备来帮助在内的服刑人员取得一技之长。在今年7月份的时候就已经摘掉了劳教所的牌子，它挂上的就是北京市监狱团河第二监区这样一个新的牌匾，也就是把它当做监狱来使用。同时同样也是位于北京大兴区还有一个叫做天堂河劳教所，在这个天堂河劳教所的门口它的大门上是挂着两块牌子，一块仍然叫做天堂河劳动教养所，另外一块叫做北京天堂河强制隔离戒毒所，也就是说，它的作用也逐渐转化为开始为强制戒毒人员或者是戒毒康复人员提供解毒这方面的服务。
主持人：也就是说实际上不光牌子变了，里面的内容也已经变了。其实大家还关心一个问题，比如说原来在劳教机构里面工作的工作人员，他们是从事这种劳教的工作，今后他们怎么来安排？
记者：前北京市劳教局方面的回应是说，暂时不便就此问题做出答复，而在此前也有媒体报道说，北京市劳教局在下个月会摘牌，北京市劳教局的相关人员也表示，目前对此也没有更新的消息。而从整体来看由于我们的劳教制度已经存在了50多年，与此相应的比如说劳教场所或者工作人员的配制相对来说比较到位。在全国范围劳教所包括劳教管理审批机关，以及这些机关、机构的工作人员，都已经在这些岗位上工作多年，如果一下子取消劳教制度的话，其实这些机构部门包括人员的安置肯定会存在一个大的问题。包括一些在一线从事劳教工作比较长的民警他们自己也表示，大家都很想知道劳教制度被废除之后，他们会有一个怎样的安排。但同时也有不少的民警表示，无论怎么变维护社会稳定的目标不会变的，培养出来的人才也不会没有用的。
