　　截至昨日15点09分，北京警方官方微博显示，11月19日晚间在北京市朝阳区小武基村发生的火灾已造成12人死亡。昨日下午，《第一财经日报》记者赶赴火灾现场，发现已经有三道警戒线封锁。

　　“出事的时候，我还参与救火。但是火势太大，已经无法进入了。”临近事发仓库居住的村民对本报记者表示。

　　公开报道显示，起火地点为一家汽车配件厂，主营汽车配件，其中存放有机油、汽配件等可燃易爆物，厂内两侧为一层平房，住户为该厂工人及其家属。

　　“平时他们就在院中工作、生活。”上述村民说，生活在小武基的村民多为外来打工者。而由于彼此陌生，再加上客居北京，以及商贩之间特有的警惕，平常除了老乡，邻里之间很少走动。

　　一位王姓村民对本报记者表示，遇难人员大多为福建籍，多为亲戚。院中约有七八个小孩，大的十多岁，小的六七岁。

　　通过警戒线，本报记者看到，着火房屋为一层平房，房屋四壁为红砖所砌，房高不足3米。其中格局类似四合院，只是面积稍小。

　　厂房门口已经被不足两米高的铁皮防护门遮挡，从远处向里张望，着火仓库已经被浓烟严重熏黑。铁皮质的仓库库顶已被烧毁，残留一些铁皮。

　　因旧时初五赶集的传统，小武基村逐渐形成。随着北京城区逐渐扩张，尚未拆迁的小武基村依靠临近东南四环的优势，多年来，逐渐形成汽修、汽配、建材、陶瓷、仓储等集聚地。离此不远是十里河家装建材街。

　　在进入小武基村的村西大路上，记者发现，多达70个指示牌分布在此，多写着仓储、建材、陶瓷等字样。沿着东南—西北走向的村道，经过双馨实验学校以及幼儿园，约500米后，到达一个T形路口，事发仓库位于该道路南侧。

　　事实上，小武基发生火灾并不是首例。据媒体报道，今年5月，十八里店乡小武基村一家具公司仓库起火，数百平方米的库房及家具被烧毁。

　　与其他城中村相比，小武基尚属规整。分布在村中道路两侧的饭店、仓库、门面房等平房，并不算密集。

　　多名村民表示，平常也有巡逻人员检视，并且仓库、门面店都配备有灭火器。不过如果遇到大火，一是无法预料，更重要的是也无法阻止。现场一位厂房负责人在被本报记者询问后，迅速表示需要再多买一些灭火器，并匆忙离开。

　　截至目前，警方尚未公布仓库起火原因。本报记者离开时，村口广播已经在不间断地提醒房东、村民禁止私搭乱建，严防火灾。
