目前，31省份政协主席已经全部“退出”省级党委常委班子，重庆市委常委多人职位变动。而社会最为关注的，是中纪委常委、中央第九巡视组组长、审计署副审计长侯凯“空降”上海，接替现年60岁的中纪委委员杨晓渡，担任上海市委常委、纪委书记。
清华大学廉政与治理研究中心副主任任建明教授表示，上海市纪委书记的人事变动，可以说是《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出强化上级纪委对下级纪委领导后的首个案例。

中共十八届三中全会后，上海市委领导班子新一轮调整在两位中央巡视组组长之间展开。
侯凯任上海市委委员、常委和上海市纪委书记；免去杨晓渡的上海市委常委、委员和上海市纪委书记职务。
侯凯于1962年出生，此前担任中纪委常委、审计署副审计长。在此前公布的第二轮中央巡视组组长名单中，具有审计专长的侯凯担任第九巡视组组长。他是目前唯一一位以中纪委常委身份执掌巡视组的组长，也是少有的“60后”组长。
作为改革开放的前沿阵地，目前上海正推动着多项改革，如何在这一改革“攻坚期”以及在十八届三中全会对反腐体制机制创新提出新要求的背景下更好地推动上海的党风廉政建设和反腐败工作，将是侯凯履新后面临的任务和挑战。
31个省份政协主席全部“退出”党委常委班子
近日中央批准，马兴瑞任广东省委委员、常委、副书记，朱明国不再担任广东省委副书记、常委职务。至此，经新一轮调整后，全国31位省级政协主席全部“退出”同级党委常委班子，4位省级党委专职副书记均不再兼任政协主席。
在今年年初的地方“两会”上，新换届产生了31位省级政协主席。换届后，31位政协主席中有8人由省(区、市)委常委兼任，分别是北京市委副书记、市政协主席吉林，天津市委副书记、市政协主席何立峰，广东省委副书记、省政协主席、省委政法委书记朱明国，辽宁省委副书记、省政协主席夏德仁，重庆市委常委、市政协主席徐敬业，福建省委常委、省政协主席张昌平，吉林省委常委、省政协主席黄燕明，新疆维吾尔自治区党委常委、自治区政协主席努尔兰·阿不都满金。其中，吉林、何立峰、夏德仁、朱明国均为当地党委专职副书记。
截至今年7月，除朱明国外，其余7人已经全部卸任省级党委常委职务。
今年3月的全国“两会”后，马兴瑞被任命为工业和信息化部副部长、党组成员，国家航天局局长，国家原子能机构主任，国家国防科技工业局局长、党组书记等职。
重庆市委常委多人职位变动
重庆市委常委人事出现职位变动。重庆市万州区人民政府官方网站20日发布消息称，中共重庆市委作出人事调整，吴政隆不再兼任中共重庆市万州区委书记、常委、委员职务，由现任中共重庆市委常委徐海荣兼任上述职务。同日重庆本地媒体报道，燕平19日以宣传部部长身份公开接见来访的澳大利亚新闻代表团一行，表明徐海荣已卸任市委宣传部长一职。而在一周前，曾任重庆市江北区区委书记的燕平，刚刚升任重庆市委常委。 来源：河南商报
