China's food safety standards of the maximum levels of contaminants in foods (GB2762-2012), condiment PB ≤ 1.0ppm, total arsenic should be ≤ 0.5ppm, inorganic arsenic content ≤ 0.1ppm. Upon examination, 129 instant noodle seasoning packs total lead, arsenic and inorganic arsenic in indicators, are in line with the relevant provisions of the maximum levels of contaminants in foods.

　　本报北京11月20日电 (记者陈海波) 针对外媒报道在台湾“康师傅”等方便面油包中检出铅、砷、铜等重金属问题，国家食品药品监管总局近日对国内市场上的方便面食品进行了抽检，涉及“康师傅”“统一”“农心”“今麦郎”“五谷道场”“日清”“公仔”7个品牌。结果表明，这些被抽检方便面调料包中的铅、砷等重金属指标，均符合我国国家标准的规定。

　　国家食药监总局介绍，此次抽查对67个方便面样品中的129个调料包(酱包、油包、菜包等)进行了检验，检验项目为铅、砷等指标。我国食品安全国家标准《食品中污染物限量》(GB2762—2012)规定，调味品铅含量应≤1.0ppm，总砷含量应≤0.5ppm，无机砷含量≤0.1ppm。经检验，129个方便面调料包中的铅、总砷、无机砷指标，均符合《食品中污染物限量》的相关规定。
