  凑足了首付却没了购房资格


  来自粤东的小黄(化名)原本打算在番禺买一套100多万元左右的二手房,把父母接来广州一起住。毕业之后在广州打拼两年多,再加上父母的支持,小黄近日终于凑足了买房的三成首付款,然而却不幸撞上了“穗六条”。“在网上了解新政有关非广州户籍人员购房规定后,发现自己还差一年才有资格买房,只好晚一年再买。”小黄无奈地表示。
